Some upcoming upgrades are scheduled to take place either this afternoon or tomorrow afternoon to resolve this issue but whilst this work is being carried out there may be some packet loss and interruptions to VoIP calls. We apprecdiate your undertanding and patience whilst this work is being carried out.
