Works on the boiler room at St Georegs Tower seem to have tripped the main feed to our network. Service resumed at 12:45. We would like to request that during outages that calls to engineers are not made, this is because:
Engineers maybe on route to the site affected by the outage and could be distracted while driving
Working in dangerous conditions
Delays repair times while engineers are working on the repair
If you have a service your first point of reference should be the website and then the ticket system
