Please note the electrcial works are part of external contractors working on Ridge Farm. Gigabair has no part or control on these works. We are aware the works started late and are monitoring when the service is coming back on. Continued direct contacts to engineers multiple times on there mobiles is unhelpful and there is nothing the engineers can do. We sent multtiple notices to all customers on the mailing list and aplogise if anyone was missed out. 

In the even the service doesnt come back on today engineers will attend site first thing monday morning.
