The major outage at our troon industrial estate mast was down to ingress water shorting a radio. Power Distribution Units had to be isolated to ascertain the short and took time.

The radio has been identified and service has been resumed.

SERVICE UPDATE

We will be contacting customer to offer a free upgrade to our next generation of gigabit radios and moving them them to our new offices at 350 Thurmaston Boulvard. This will suport an upgrade on to our 10Gbps bearer and back up on multi 1Gbps mobile back up.

The service will also enhance support with higher uptime
