Dear Customers,
As you are aware there is a power outage affecting the Troon Industrial site mast and all customers connected. We have tried to resolve the power issue with the mast and unfortunately had no luck causing a delay in getting this issue corrected. We are aiming to have this resolved this afternoon when the engineers can carry out more work on the cabinet to get this power issue resolved.
We would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this network outage and appreciate your patience whilst this work is being carried out.
