Some of you may be experiencing some interference with your broadband connection this is due to latency issues affecting our Main Link at Ridgefarm. This latency issue will be resolved with a scheduled outage at 13:45pm that should last for 5-10 minutes and throughout the day the radio will be upgraded which will involve loss of connection for another 5-10 minutes. The areas affected will be Ridgefarm , Charley Road, Loughborough, Markfield. Please also refrain from putting in tickets when you have these outages as the outage should only be temporary. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
