There is currently an outage affeceting customers in the Ridge Farm , Bawdon Lodge, Charley Road and loughborough areas. The main radio link from our mast has dropped out and we are currently investigating the cause of the issue. We believe this to be caused by a power issue and we are getting our engineers to have a look now. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
