Dear Customers,
As you are aware there was an outage last week that was due to a power issue affecting the main like. This was due to a power surge that caused many of the devices and cable to be replaced at the mast. The engineers are currently on sight to replace the power back over from the temporay power supply that was installed. You will have an outage for around 5-10 minutes whilst this is swapped back over.
